Claude Design Now Connects Directly to Claude Code

Anthropic's AI design tool, Claude Design, received a major upgrade on June 17. You can now import a brand's design system straight from a GitHub repo, and when the design is ready to ship, it hands off directly to Claude Code — no screenshots, no re-building from scratch. The tool also now draws from the same usage pool as Claude chat, which means no more hitting a separate token wall mid-project.

KFC Builds an Entire Visual World From One Bucket

Agency JKR this week revealed a complete rebrand for KFC, dubbing it the "Bucketverse." The core move: the iconic bucket is no longer just a container — it's a world. JKR gave KFC a new 3D logo, two custom typefaces (Kentucky Fried Serif and Kentucky Fried Sans), and a reworked Colonel with a thicker outline and a collar for the first time. The bucket's stripes become expressive typography, and the whole system rolls out from packaging to restaurant interiors to social copy in a single connected voice.
